AI usage and person limits

Your organisation has a monthly AI allowance (tokens); the assistant, plans, subtask suggestions, and project summaries consume this allowance. Company administrators can view usage by feature for the current month and, if desired, set per-person monthly limits.

What are AI usage and per-person limits?

Your organization has a monthly artificial intelligence allowance (token); the assistant, plan, sub-task suggestion, and project summary consume this allowance. Who can do this: Company administrator. The company administrator views usage by feature for the current month and can set a monthly limit per person if desired. Persons without a set limit use the organization's shared allowance.

Steps

  1. Open Assistant from the top bar and click the Usage and limits button on the dashboard.

  2. The organization's usage, monthly allowance, and remaining balance for this month are shown at the top; below that, which feature consumed how much is visible 1.

  3. In the Per-person monthly limit table, enter the token count for a person's row and click Save. If you clear the box and save, the limit is removed 2.

Tip People without a set limit use the organization's shared allowance. When a person's limit or the organization's monthly allowance is exhausted, AI features stop until the end of the month, and the reason is displayed on screen; the period renews at the start of each month. The organization's monthly allowance comes with your plan.
