How to use the project calendar?

The Project's Calendar tab displays tasks by due date in month or week view. Who can do this: Project Manager; Project Member; Viewer; Customer (tasks assigned to them). Completed tasks are struck through, high-priority and urgent tasks show an orange ribbon, and milestones appear as diamond icons. See at a glance which days are busy and what is approaching.

Steps

  1. Open the Calendar tab in the project. Tasks for the current month are listed by their due dates; today's date is shown inside a coloured circle.

  2. Switch between Month and Week 1. Use the arrows to go to the previous and next month or week, and Today to return to the current date.

  3. Click the task name to open the task panel 2. Changing the due date in the panel moves the task to the new day in the calendar.
