How to work simultaneously with the team?

When a team member adds a task, moves a card, changes a date, or writes a comment, this change appears on your screen without refreshing the page. Who can do this: All users. Everyone sees the same up-to-date plan; no page refresh is required. If your connection drops briefly, SmartPM reconnects and retrieves missed changes automatically.

Steps

  1. Open the project in list, Kanban, Gantt, or calendar view. Your colleague’s changes appear on your screen within a few seconds 1.

  2. Information and comments in the open task panel also update automatically. The panel does not refresh while you edit a field; it updates when you leave the field.

  3. When a task is assigned to you or mentions you, the notification bell count increases immediately 2.
