The person I want to add is not in the list
Person selection lists come from your organisation’s users in DBLinx. Any person not listed must first be added as a user via the DBLinx tenant panel.

The person I want to add is not in the list: what should I do?
Person selection lists come from your organisation’s DBLinx users. Who can apply: Project manager; Company administrator. A person not on the list must first be added as a user in the DBLinx tenant panel. Inactive users do not appear in the list.
What should I do?
The company administrator adds the person as a user in the DBLinx tenant panel and grants permission to use SmartPM.
Refresh the SmartPM page; the person should then appear in the Select Person list.
Note Inactive users do not appear in the list. A person marked "(has not logged in yet)" is listed but has never logged into DBLinx.
