How to add a milestone?
You mark significant single-day events such as approvals, deliveries, or releases as milestones; they appear as diamonds on the Gantt chart. Who can do this: Project Manager; Project Member. The task's end date is set equal to its start date; a diamond appears on the chart, and a small diamond precedes the name in the list and Kanban.
Steps
Open the task's panel.
Enter the Start date.
In the Options ribbon of the card window, toggle the Milestone switch 1.

Tip You can also link milestones: making the 'Design Approval' milestone a predecessor to 'Front-end Development' will shift development if the approval is delayed.
