Switch between products without entering a password

You sign in to DBLinx products with a single identity (SmartID). To switch from one product to another, use the product menu at the top right of the product dashboard; you are not asked for your password again.

How do I switch between products without re-entering my password?

You sign in to DBLinx products with a single identity (SmartID). Who can do this: Any user who has access to more than one product. The selected product opens with the same identity, without asking for a password. To switch from one product to another, use the product menu at the top right of the product dashboard; you are not asked for your password again. You do not have access to the product; ask your administrator for access: Giving a user access to a product.

Steps

  1. In the product dashboard, open the product menu at the top right.

  2. Select the product you want to switch to.

Result The selected product opens with the same identity, without asking for a password. Only the products you have access to appear in the menu.
A product does not appear in the menu. You do not have access to the product; ask your administrator for access: Grant a user access to a product.
