Frequently asked questions
When do I get my share?
The share is credited to your current account at the moment of sale; your commission is paid against your commission invoice once the month closes and the refund period passes.
What are the rates?
They're set according to your organization and stated in the contract; they may differ by product and sale type.
Can I offer my customer a discount?
Yes, out of your own share. An order can't be opened with a discount that exceeds your share.
Do I have to handle collection myself?
No. DBLinx issues the customer invoice and handles collection.
