How to read the prices

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT.
  • Prices are shown monthly but billing is annual; the annual amount is twelve times the monthly price.
  • There is no setup fee and no user limit.
  • Payment is taken by credit or debit card; the amount is fixed in Turkish lira on the payment page at the day's CBRT exchange rate.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Do the prices include VAT?

No. Prices on the page exclude VAT; VAT is shown separately on the payment page and added to the total.

Can I pay monthly?

No. Prices are shown monthly but billing is annual; the annual amount is twelve times the monthly price.

How is the Turkish lira amount determined?

Prices are in USD. On the payment page, the amount is converted to Turkish lira at the day's CBRT exchange rate and fixed on the order; payment is taken in Turkish lira.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only, through the payment provider's secure card page. Card details never reach DBLinx servers.

Is there a setup or migration fee?

There is no setup fee. For SmartMail, migrating emails from your old server during initial setup is free; for SmartFiles, file migration and expert setup support are free.

Can I add mailboxes or add-on packs later?

Yes. On the Purchases screen in the organization dashboard, you can increase the number of mailboxes and add extra storage or additional AI tokens.

Why is IMAP/SMTP access charged separately?

SmartMail is used through its web and mobile apps, and thanks to its advanced email management and indexing system, IMAP is usually not needed. For organizations that want to connect with an email app on a desktop or phone, it is an add-on service per mailbox; the setting to also keep emails on the mail server is enabled with this service as well.

We are a group of companies; can we create a separate organization for each company?

Yes. A separate organization is created for each company or site on the same product; each organization's data is separate, while purchases and invoices stay in the same account.

Is pricing based on the number of users?

No. There is no user limit. SmartMail is priced per mailbox, and SmartFiles and SmartOperator per plan.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?
