Annual billing

In DBLinx products, prices are shown monthly and billing is annual: the annual amount is twelve times the monthly price. In the organization dashboard's Purchases screen, you select the quantity and add-on packs and get one year of entitlement with a single payment.

What is annual billing?

In DBLinx products, prices are shown monthly and billing is annual: the annual amount is twelve times the monthly price. Who can do this: Organization administrator. The quantities and add-on packs you select are billed for a one-year term and added to your account once payment is confirmed. In the Purchases screen of the organization dashboard, you select the quantity and add-on packs and get one year of entitlement with a single payment.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the organization dashboard and Purchases screen. At the top it states that prices are shown in USD, excluding VAT, per month, and that billing is annual.

  2. Read the monthly price on the product's plan card; on the card it says Billed annually, excluding VAT it reads. Select the number of mailboxes for SmartMail, or the number of 100-million-token packs for SmartOperator, from Quantity ; the amount is multiplied by the quantity.

  3. If needed Add-on packs add extra AI tokens or extra storage from the section. Add-on packs can be bought in any quantity and are added to your existing allowance.

  4. Check the annual amount due, VAT included, in the payment summary below; enter your coupon if you have one and press Proceed to payment.

Result Your selected quantity and add-on packs are invoiced for a one-year period and added to your account once payment is confirmed.
What happens if I renew before my period ends? Your remaining time is preserved; the new period is added starting from your current expiration date.
Can I choose monthly payment? No. Prices are shown monthly, but billing is annual only.

If you're a new customer

Buy on the page you select the product, quantity and add-on packs, enter your company information and proceed to payment; your account opens the moment payment is confirmed. Prices are shown the same way, monthly, and billed annually.
