Choose a plan and add-ons

In the first two steps of the purchase wizard, you select the product and quantity, and optionally add IMAP/SMTP access and add-on packs for SmartMail. A summary of your selection appears on the right on desktop, at the bottom on mobile.

How do I choose a plan and add-ons?

In the first two steps of the purchase wizard, you select the product and quantity, and optionally add IMAP/SMTP access and add-on packs for SmartMail. Who can do this: anyone making the purchasing decision. Your plan and add-ons are selected; the next step is company and billing information. A summary of your selection appears on the right on desktop, at the bottom on mobile.

Steps

  1. Buy page is a five-step wizard. 1. Plan step, select the card for the product you want: SmartMail, SmartFiles or SmartOperator.

  2. Enter the quantity: the number of mailboxes for SmartMail, or the number of 100-million-token packs for SmartOperator. SmartFiles is a single plan. Continue.

  3. 2. Add-ons step is optional; if you don't want any, I don't want any add-onsand move on. If you need to connect to SmartMail with a desktop or phone mail app, IMAP/SMTP accesscheck it; it costs 3 USD per mailbox per month, multiplied by the number of mailboxes you select (30 USD per month for 10 mailboxes). Extra storage and extra AI token packs are listed under their own headings; check the box for the pack you want and enter the quantity if needed.

  4. Check the monthly and annual total of your selection in the summary; the summary sits on the right on desktop, and opens at the bottom on mobile. Continue.

Result Your plan and add-ons are selected; the next step is company and billing information.
If I go back, will my information be lost? No. Back and Continue you can move between steps and refresh the page; what you've entered is preserved. For security, only the password is asked again.
I want to buy SmartPass or SmartSales. These products are sold by quote; Request a quote write to us from the form.
Already a customer? If you're already signed into the organization dashboard when you visit the Buy page, the company and administrator steps are skipped; Add to my existing organization or New organization is asked instead.
