How to apply the sector template?

Sector templates bring representative tasks ready: the clinic template takes appointments, the spare parts template clarifies the vehicle and finds parts. Who can do this: Company administrator. When a template is applied, existing tasks are replaced by the template's tasks. Open the Template section in Management → Settings. Select the template suitable for your site from the sector template list.

Steps

  1. Open the Template section in Management → Settings.

  2. Select the template suitable for your site from the Sector template list 1.

  3. Read the warning: tasks, tone, and handover rules will change to match the template. Click Confirm and apply.

  4. In the Tasks section, view the tasks brought by the template, the information to be collected, and the completion conditions.
