How to import the catalog via CSV or XML?

Your products are imported via CSV or XML feed. Who can do this: Company administrator. Fields are mapped automatically; products with a product code are updated in subsequent imports. Full feed only works for products with a product code. Google Merchant RSS/Atom and general product lists are supported. Click Content → Catalog in the left menu.

Steps

  1. Click Content → Catalog in the left menu.

  2. In the Import Catalog card, select your file using Select File (CSV / XML) or paste the content into the text box 1.

  3. If you want inactive products not present in the feed to be set to inactive, check the Full Feed box 2.

  4. Click Import 3. The result shows the number of added and updated products along with field mapping.

Supported formatsGoogle Merchant RSS/Atom and general product lists are supported. Price is read as 1,299.90 TL, 12.50 USD, or in format with TL symbol.
Full FeedFull feed only works for products with a product code. Inactive products are not deleted; they automatically become active again when they reappear in the feed.
