How to block a visitor?
You can block a misbehaving visitor, optionally including their link address. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. Many people may share the same IP address (e.g., in an office or café); use IP blocking carefully. Open the conversation; in the right panel, go down to the Security section in the User tab.
Steps
Open the conversation; in the right panel, go down to the Security section in the User tab.
Click Block visitor; optionally enter a reason and check Also block IP address.
Click Block. To unblock, use Unblock in the same section.
