What is the welcome message and quick options?

The first message shown to visitors when the window opens and the one-click quick options are configured here. Who can do this: Company administrator. The welcome message appears instantly without waiting for AI and does not consume an AI allowance. In the left menu, click Management → Settings and select Welcome at the top.

Steps

  1. In the left menu, click Management → Settings and select Welcome at the top.

  2. Write the first message in the Welcome message field (max 500 characters) 1.

  3. Optionally, write up to four Quick options; each can be up to 60 characters long 2.

  4. Click Save.
