Conversations and messages can be downloaded as an Excel-compatible CSV file from the Management → Report screen.

How to export conversations?

Conversations and messages can be downloaded as an Excel-compatible CSV file from the Management → Report screen. Who can do this: Company administrator. The exported file contains visitor messages; protect it according to your organization's retention policies. Select the period in Management → Report. Click Conversations or Messages in the Export (CSV, Excel compatible) row.

Steps

  1. Select the period in Management → Report.

  2. Click Conversations or Messages in the Export (CSV, Excel compatible) row 1.

  3. Open the downloaded file in Excel; Turkish characters and decimal commas display correctly.
