How to write in the visitor's language?

When a visitor writes in a language other than Turkish, the Turkish translation of their message appears below it; your messages are also translated into the visitor's language before being sent. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. If the plan allowance or company token limit is exhausted, or if translation fails, the message is sent without translation, and the reason is shown in the warning banner above the text box.

Steps

  1. Open the conversation. The Turkish version line appears below each visitor message.

  2. The Translate to visitor's language option above the text box is enabled by default; next to it, the conversation's language is displayed (e.g., EN).

  3. Write and send your message in Turkish. Quick replies and reply drafts are also translated.

  4. In the bubble of the message you sent, the translation sent to the visitor appears below, with the original Turkish text shown under the You wrote line.
