How do I add my site and get the script tag?

Each site is defined separately in the dashboard; you are provided with a script tag specific to that site, which only works on registered domains. Who can do this: Company administrator. The site appears in the site selector in the left menu. The tag only works on the domains entered here. In the left menu, click Management → Sites.

Steps

  1. In the left menu, click Management → Sites.

  2. Fill in the Site name, ID (visible in the tag) and Domains fields in the New site section 1. The ID cannot be changed later.

  3. Click Create site 2.

  4. The script tag appears on the new site card; copy it to the clipboard using Copy 3.

ResultThe site appears in the site selector in the left menu. The knowledge base, catalogue and settings are managed separately for each site.
DomainThe tag only works on the domains entered here. If you have a site starting with www., add both versions.
