The SmartOperator dashboard opens at your organisation's own address and you sign in with your DBLinx identity; no separate username or password.

How to log into the dashboard?

The SmartOperator dashboard opens at a unique address for your organisation and is accessed using your DBLinx credentials; there is no separate username or password. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. The company administrator sees all screens. Open your company's dashboard address in the browser: <company>.smartoperator.com.tr. On the DBLinx login screen, log in with your DBLinx ID.

Steps

  1. Open your company's dashboard address in the browser: <company>.smartoperator.com.tr. The address is notified by DBLinx when your account is created.

  2. Log in with your DBLinx ID on the DBLinx login screen. DBLinx Security verification usually completes in the background.

  3. The dashboard opens. If you have multiple sites, the Site selector appears in the left menu 1; conversations are filtered in the same menu.

  4. You can view your status and role by clicking your name in the top right corner 2.

RolesThe company administrator sees all screens. Representatives see conversations, responses, the catalogue and knowledge base; they cannot see settings.
