How to add the tag to your site?
The script tag copied from the Sites screen is added once to all pages of your site; the bubble and window are drawn automatically. Who can do this: Person managing your site or developer. Check that the domain you are opening is registered in the Sites screen. Use incognito mode to test the tag before your customers see it.

Steps
Open the tag copied from the Sites screen. The tag consists of two lines: first, a small preparation line for your site's actions, then the loader (as shown in the example below).
Add the tag to your site's common template, usually just before the
</body>tag. It only needs to be present once across all pages.Open your site; the chat bubble appears in the bottom right corner. Click the bubble and write a test message.
Check that the new conversation appears in the Conversations list on the dashboard.
