# Manage integrations

Manage your marketplace, payment provider, and shipping company connections from a single page. In simple mode, you connect, toggle, and set price differences; in advanced mode, you finely adjust rules for price, stock, product selection, titles, and synchronization.

- Store owner

- User with permission for payment, shipping, marketplace, and feed connections

## How to manage integrations?

Manage your marketplace, payment provider, and shipping company connections from a single page. Who can do this: Store owner; users with permissions for payment, shipping, marketplace, and feed connections. Synchronization runs automatically every five minutes: orders are received, prices and stock are updated, and new products in matched categories are sent.

## Integrations page

From the left menu in the panel, open **Management › Integrations**. The page has four tabs: **Overview**, **Marketplaces**, **Payment**, and **Shipping**. 1 Overview shows how many connections you have in each area and situations requiring attention: number of products live, missing information, or rejected; paused marketplaces; lack of connected payment provider. 3

## Simple and advanced modes

The **Simple / Advanced** selector 2 at the top right determines how detailed the settings appear. Your choice is remembered in this browser; it does not change your settings. Rules set in advanced mode remain valid even if you switch to simple mode.

- **Simple**: connecting the account, pausing or resuming sync, removing the connection, and marketplace price difference.

- **Advanced**: in addition to these, fixed additional amount, kuruş rounding, category-specific price difference, stock safety margin and upper limit, which products to send, title template, sync directions, product-specific rule, sync history, and payment/shipping ordering.

## Connecting a marketplace

On the **Marketplaces** tab, press **Connect** on the row of the marketplace you wish to connect.

Enter the API credentials obtained from the marketplace's seller panel and press **Connect**. When saving, your password is requested again; details are stored encrypted and never shown again.

Open the marketplace's rules, mappings, and products using **Manage** in the row. On the **Mappings** tab, map your store categories and brands to those on the marketplace.

**Result**Synchronization runs automatically every five minutes: orders are received, prices and stock are updated, and new products in matched categories are sent. To run immediately, click **Synchronize Now**.

## Price difference (simple mode)

**Price difference (%)** in the **Rules** tab 1 is added to your store price; it is used to cover the marketplace commission. A negative value represents a discount on the marketplace. The example row below 2 shows the result before saving.

## Price rules (advanced mode)

The marketplace price is calculated in the following order:

- If you have set a **fixed price** specific to the product, that price is used and other rules are not applied.

- If there is a difference specific to the product's category, that applies; otherwise, the general **price difference** applies. If a product belongs to multiple categories, the highest difference is selected.

- A **fixed additional amount** is added (e.g., shipping share).

- **Kuruş rounding** 2 is applied: x.99, x.90, or whole lira. Prices are always rounded up; prices that already match remain unchanged.

Example: with a price difference of 12% and rounding to x.90, a product priced at 249.90 TL becomes 279.90 TL on the marketplace.

## Stock rules (advanced mode)

- **Safety margin**: this many fewer units than your actual stock are shown on the marketplace. It prevents overselling when orders come from both the storefront and the marketplace simultaneously. If you have 10 units in stock and a safety margin of 2, 8 units will be visible on the marketplace.

- **Maximum quantity to display**: regardless of your stock level, this is the maximum number visible on the marketplace. If left blank, there is no limit.

## Which products should be sent

By default, all products in matched categories are sent. You can narrow the scope with **Only selected categories** 1. For products excluded from scope and already for sale on the marketplace, stock is sent as 0; the listing remains on the marketplace but cannot be sold.

**Title template** 2 sets the product name on the marketplace. Available fields: {ad}, {marka}, {varyant} and {sku}. The template must contain {ad}; if left empty, the product name is used. At most 100 characters are sent to the marketplace. Example: {marka} {ad} {varyant}.

Under **Sync** 3, you can open and close three directions separately: sending new products, updating prices and stock, and receiving orders.

**Note**If you disable order reception, orders from the marketplace will not come here and will not be deducted from your stock. During this period, overselling may occur on the marketplace.

## Product-specific rule

In advanced mode, under the **Products** tab, use the **Product-specific rules** card to search by product name or SKU. Only products with rules are listed without searching.

- If you uncheck **For Sale** 1, the product will not be sent to this marketplace; if already for sale, its stock is sent as 0.

- If you enter **Fixed price** 2 and press **Save**, the product is sold at that price on this marketplace. If you clear the box and save, it is priced again according to rules.

## Sync history

In advanced mode, the **History** tab shows the last 30 sync runs: how many orders arrived, how many products had their prices and stock updated, and how many new products were sent. Steps that failed are marked red together. Directions you closed appear as “closed”.

## Pausing and removing

- **Pause**: nothing goes to the marketplace and no orders are received. Your settings and mappings are paused; you can resume where you left off with **Resume**.

- **Remove connection**: Your API details will be deleted and syncing will stop. Your password will be requested again. If you wish, you can also delete mappings, rules, and product statuses; if you do not, you can resume where you left off when reconnecting the same account.

**Tip**Orders received from the marketplace are not deleted when you remove the connection. To close your listings on the marketplace, use the marketplace’s own panel.

## Payment and shipping

In the **Payment** tab, you connect your own payment institution account. If you add multiple connections, the system automatically switches to the next one if the first fails. In advanced mode, you use **↑** and **↓** to determine which is primary and which is backup. Write the notification address for each connection to the payment institution's panel; orders are confirmed via this notification.

In the **Shipping** tab, you connect your own shipping agreement; labels, tracking numbers, and return codes are generated through this agreement. In advanced mode, you change the order of companies; the first one is the default. If there are multiple active companies, you also provide the name the customer sees in payment, the delivery time, and any additional fees here.

Shipping fee rules, bank transfer, and cash on payment remain on the **Sales settings** page.
