# Planning by describing the project

Describe your project in a few sentences; AI suggests a plan including tasks, estimated durations, dependencies (which tasks start after others), and milestones. After reviewing and adjusting the plan, you create the project.

- Company Administrator

- Users in the organisation (excluding those with the Customer role)

## Steps

- Click 'New project' in the left menu, then 'Plan by describing (AI)'.

- Describe the project: what needs to be done, key steps and target duration. Click 'Create Plan' 1.

- Review suggested tasks: correct names and durations, delete unnecessary rows 2. If unsatisfied, click 'Regenerate'.

- Check the project name and click 'Create Project'.

> The result opens with project tasks and displays the Gantt tab. Dates are set from today, based on working days and dependencies; milestones appear as diamonds.

> Tip: Since the plan is generated by AI, it is a suggestion; assign tasks and correct dates by dragging in Gantt after creation. Nothing is saved without your approval.
