# Project status summary with AI

The AI summary reviews the project’s tasks, dates, critical path, and comments from the last two weeks to generate a brief status update, risks, and recommendations for this week.

## Steps

- Open the project and click 'AI Summary' next to the title 1.

- A summary titled 'General Status', 'Risks' and 'Recommendations' opens within a few seconds.

- After changing the plan, click 'Refresh' for the updated summary.

> Tip: The summary is based solely on data in the project and is not saved; it is regenerated each time you open it. Check tasks and dates separately when making decisions. Users with the customer role cannot use the AI summary.
