# The person I want to add is not in the list

Person selection lists come from your organisation’s users in DBLinx. Any person not listed must first be added as a user via the DBLinx tenant panel.

- Project manager

- Company Administrator

## What should I do?

- The company administrator adds the person as a user in the DBLinx tenant panel and grants permission to use SmartPM.

- Refresh the SmartPM page; the person will appear in the Select person list.

> Note Passive users do not appear in the list. A person marked '(has not logged in yet)' is listed but has never logged into DBLinx.
