# Reading reports and downloading CSV

The Reports page displays project progress, delayed tasks, individual workloads, and time spent on a single screen. You can download each section as CSV and open it in Excel.

- Company administrator (all projects)

- Project manager, member, and watcher (their own projects)

## Steps

- Click Reports in the left menu.

- Select a single project from the top list or leave it as All projects.

- Click a row in the Overdue table to open the task.

- Select the period in Time summary: this month, last month, or last 30 days.

- To export a section to Excel, click its Download CSV button.

## Sections

- Project status: completed and total task count per project, progress percentage, number of overdue tasks, and latest due date.

- Overdue: tasks whose due date has passed and are not in the "counted as done" column; how many days late they are and their assignees.

- Person workload: number of open tasks per person, including overdue ones, those due within the next 7 days, and those without a due date.

- Time summary: time spent on the project and by person during the selected period. Timer-based time is counted once the timer stops.

> Tip In Time Summary, you see your own records; for projects you manage, all team records count; if you are a company administrator, all organisation records count. Archived projects are excluded from reports.

> Result The CSV file is in a format that Turkish Excel opens directly: semicolon-separated, with commas for decimal hours.
