## Steps

- Open the Table tab in the project. Check the boxes at the beginning of the rows 1. If you check one box and click another while holding Shift, all cards between them are selected; the checkbox in the header selects all visible cards.

- The number of selected cards appears in the bar at the bottom. Make a selection from List… , Priority… , Person… or Label… 2; in the person and label boxes, adding and removing are in separate groups.

- To change the end date together, click End and select the day from the calendar. To remove cards, use Archive or Delete 3.

> Result: The action is applied sequentially to the selected cards, and progress is shown in the bar. When finished, it shows how many cards were affected. Automation rules, recurring cards, and notifications work as if you had changed the cards individually.

> Tip: The entire bulk change can be undone in one step with Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac). Cards already in the desired state (e.g., priority already set to Urgent) are not changed and are not included in the count. A maximum of 200 cards can be selected at once.

> Warning: Deletion cannot be undone: cards are deleted along with their subcards, comments, and files. Therefore, after clicking Delete, confirmation is requested again with Yes, delete. If you are unsure, use Archive; it can be restored from the archive.
