# Table view

The Table tab displays all project tasks row by row. You can sort by column, group tasks by status, priority, assignee or label, and make changes directly in cells.

- View, sort, group: anyone who can see the project

- Edit cell: project managers and members

## Steps

- Open the Table tab in the project. Without sorting or grouping, tasks appear in status order, with subtasks indented under their parent task.

- Click the column header to sort 1: first click sorts ascending, second click sorts descending, third click removes sorting.

- Select Group by Status, Group by Priority, Group by Assignee or Group by Tag from the grouping box at the top right 2. Clicking the group header collapses the group; the number of cards is written next to it.

- Make a change in a cell 3: select status and priority from the list, change the date from the calendar, click and select in the assigned or tag cell, write progress as a percentage. Clicking elsewhere on the row opens the task panel.

> Result The change is saved immediately and updated on team members' screens. Date changes can push dependent tasks forward as in Gantt; automation rules work similarly.

## Columns and CSV

Show or hide columns for status, assignee, priority, start, end, label and progress via the Columns button; your selection and grouping are remembered in this browser. Download CSV exports the currently visible columns and sorting order into a file that Excel will open.

> Tip When grouping by Assignee or Tag, tasks assigned to multiple people or with multiple tags appear separately in each group. Unassigned and untagged tasks are collected in the last group.
