- On the properties ribbon, add people and tags with the + next to Members and Tags; you can search in the pop-up window and create new tags 2.

- Click the date chip and select start and end dates from the calendar; ticking the box next to it makes the end date "Completed" 3.

- Select low, normal, high or urgent from the Priority chip; drag Progress; toggle Milestone and Customer-facing keys on and off.

## Fields

- Priority: Low, Normal, High, Urgent.

- Estimated duration: how many hours the work will take ("6h", "1:30", "45m"); the Workload page compares it with individuals' weekly capacity.

- Description: opens with Edit, saves with Save. **bold**, *italic*, `code`, - bullet, 1. numbered item, # heading, > quote and links appear formatted.

- Watch (eye icon at top right): if you watch the card, you receive notifications for comments and completion even if you are not assigned.

- Sub-tasks: checking the box in the row moves the sub-task to the "done" list; you do not need to open the card.
