# Dashboards homepage and starred dashboards

When SmartPM opens, the Dashboards page appears: your starred dashboards are shown at the top, and all accessible dashboards appear as coloured boxes below.

## Steps

- Click the logo in the top bar or Dashboards in the left menu.

- Click a card to open the dashboard. The card shows the number of cards and completion percentage 1.

- Click the star that appears when hovering over the card; the dashboard moves to Starred dashboards and to the top of the left menu 2.

- Create new dashboard to open a new dashboard that is empty, from a template, or custom-defined.

> Tip: Stars are personal; everyone sees their own starred dashboards. While inside a dashboard, you can also star it using the star in the title.
