# Assigning representatives to sites

With several sites, assign each agent only to the sites they are responsible for; the agent then sees only those sites' conversations.

## How to assign representatives to sites?

If you have multiple sites, assign each representative only to the sites they are responsible for; the representative will only see conversations from those sites. Who can do this: Company administrator. Representatives not assigned to any site can only see the first site. The list shows employees who have logged into the panel at least once. Click Management → Sites.

## Steps

Click **Management → Sites**.

Check the people to be assigned to the site in the **Representatives** list on the site card 1.

Click **Save Representatives** 2.

**Unassigned Representative**A representative not assigned to any site can only see the first site. The company administrator can see all sites.

**Who is in the list?**The list shows employees who have logged into the panel at least once.
