Sector templates bring ready-made tasks for agents: the clinic template takes appointments, the spare parts template clarifies the vehicle and finds parts.

## How to apply the sector template?

Sector templates bring representative tasks ready: the clinic template takes appointments, the spare parts template clarifies the vehicle and finds parts. Who can do this: Company administrator. When a template is applied, existing tasks are replaced by the template's tasks. Open the Template section in Management → Settings. Select the template suitable for your site from the sector template list.

## Steps

Open the **Template** section in **Management → Settings**.

Select the template suitable for your site from the **Sector template** list 1.

Read the warning: tasks, tone, and handover rules will change to match the template. Click **Confirm and apply**.

In the **Tasks** section, view the tasks brought by the template, the information to be collected, and the completion conditions.
