You determine how long conversation records are kept and which addresses count as payment pages from the Privacy and Hours section.

## What is the retention period and payment page patterns?

You determine how long conversation records are kept and which addresses count as payment pages from the Privacy and Hours section. Who can do this: Company administrator. Expired conversations, internal notes, and visitor information from visitors who have not visited since that date are permanently deleted every day. Pages containing checkout, odeme, payment, or sepet/onay in their address are already considered payment pages.

## Steps

Open **Privacy and Hours** in **Management → Settings**.

Enter a number of days in the **Keep conversation records (days)** field (between 7 and 3650; leave blank for indefinite) 1.

Enter parts of your payment page address in the **Additional payment page addresses** field, one per line 2.

Enter the **KVKK disclosure text address** 3 and click **Save**.

**Deleted data cannot be recovered**Expired conversations, internal notes, and visitor information from visitors who have not visited since that date are permanently deleted every day.

**Default patterns**Pages containing checkout, odeme, payment, or sepet/onay in their address are already considered payment pages. You only need to add addresses that do not match these.
