The representative's name, conversation style, handover timing, and the window's default appearance are configured in the Identity section.

## What is identity, style and default appearance?

The representative's name, conversation style, handover timing, and the window's default appearance are configured in the Identity section. Who can do this: Company administrator. On phone-width screens, the window opens in full screen regardless of the selected appearance. Open the Identity section in Management → Settings. Enter the name to appear in the window title in the Name field.

## Steps

Open the **Identity** section in **Management → Settings**.

Enter the name to appear in the window title in the **Name** field 1.

Select **Style** and **Handover Rule** 2.

Select **Default Appearance**: bottom right, bottom left, side panel, or full screen 3. Click **Save**.
