# Welcome message and quick options

The first message shown to the visitor when the window opens and the quick options that start a conversation with one click are configured here.

## What is the welcome message and quick options?

The first message shown to visitors when the window opens and the one-click quick options are configured here. Who can do this: Company administrator. The welcome message appears instantly without waiting for AI and does not consume an AI allowance. In the left menu, click Management → Settings and select Welcome at the top.

## Steps

In the left menu, click **Management → Settings** and select **Welcome** at the top.

Write the first message in the **Welcome message** field (max 500 characters) 1.

Optionally, write up to four **Quick options**; each can be up to 60 characters long 2.

Click **Save**.
