Frequently written replies are saved with shortcuts; agents insert them by typing / in the message box.

## How to add quick replies?

Frequently written replies are saved with shortcuts; agents insert them by typing / in the message box. Who can do this: Company administrator. {ziyaretci} is only populated if the visitor's real name is known; otherwise, the sentence remains without a name. Open the Quick replies section in Management → Settings. Fill in the Shortcut (e.g., shipping), Title, and Text fields.

## Steps

Open the **Quick replies** section in **Management → Settings**.

Fill in the **Shortcut** (e.g., shipping), **Title**, and **Text** fields 1.

You can write {ziyaretci} in the text for the visitor's name, and {temsilci} for the agent's name. Click **Save**.

**If name is unknown**{ziyaretci} is only populated if the visitor's real name is known; otherwise, the sentence remains without a name.
