# Invitation bubble and two greetings (A/B)

The invitation bubble shows a short invitation after a specified time to visitors who haven't opened the window. With an A/B test, you compare two greetings or invitation texts.

## What is the invitation bubble and two greetings (A/B)?

The invitation bubble shows a short invitation after a specified time to visitors who haven't opened the window. Who can do this: Company administrator. With an A/B test, you compare two greetings or invitation texts. It is not shown on the payment page, on phones (narrow screens), when the window is open, or if the visitor has already written. Open Settings → Invitation bubble section.

## Invitation bubble

The invitation bubble shows a short invitation after a specified time to visitors who haven't opened the window; settings are site-wide and disabled by default.

Open the **Settings → Invitation bubble** section. Settings are site-wide and disabled by default.

Check **Show invitation bubble**.

**Wait time (seconds)** Enter a duration between 5 and 600 in the field (default is 30).

If you wish, enter **Invitation text** (max 160 characters). If left blank, the default text is shown in the visitor's language; text written in Turkish will not be sent to visitors in other languages, instead the default text appears in their language.

Click **Save**.

**Situations where it is not shown**It is not shown on the payment page, on mobile devices (narrow screens), when a window is open, or if the visitor has already written something. It is shown once per day per visitor; if the visitor closes it, it will not be shown again.

The invitation balloon does not use AI.

## A/B greeting test

With an A/B test, you compare two greetings or invitation texts; approximately half of the visitors see A, and the other half see B.

In the **Settings → A/B Test** section, check **Run A/B test**.

Enter **B greeting text** and/or **B invitation text**. A is the site's current text. Fields where you do not enter B text are not tested.

Save. Approximately half of the visitors see A, and the other half see B; each visitor always sees the same variant.

## Reading the results

In the **A/B Greeting Test** table on the **Report** screen, you can see the number of conversations, messages sent, transfers to agents, and payments reached for each variant; rates are based on the number of conversations.

A/B testing does not use AI.
