## How to block a visitor?

You can block a misbehaving visitor, optionally including their link address. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. Many people may share the same IP address (e.g., in an office or café); use IP blocking carefully. Open the conversation; in the right panel, go down to the Security section in the User tab.

## Steps

Open the conversation; in the right panel, go down to the **Security** section in the **User** tab.

Click **Block visitor**; optionally enter a reason and check **Also block IP address**.

Click **Block**. To unblock, use **Unblock** in the same section.

**Shared links**Many people may share the same IP address (e.g., in an office or café); use IP blocking carefully.
