Saved canned responses are added by typing / in the message box. Who can do this: Company administrators and agents. Open the conversation and type / in the text box. Select the canned response from the dropdown list or continue typing its shortcut. It appears in the text input box; edit if necessary and send. The process is completed in 3 steps.
