## How to read the capacity report?

The Capacity section shows each mailbox's usage, daily growth and, at this rate, how many days it will take for its quota to fill. Who can do this: Organization administrator. The mailbox that will fill first is at the top. Use the Mailboxes section to close unused mailboxes or add quota to a mailbox that is about to reach its quota.

## How to read it

- **Usage**: used / quota and percentage. Yellow at 85%, red at 95%.

- **Daily increase**: from measurements taken once a day, over the last 30 days. At least 3 days of data is required; before that, "Collecting data".

- **Until full** 1: days remaining at this rate. 14 days and under red, 45 days and under yellow; if it is not increasing, '—'.

- **Unused** 2: an active mailbox with no incoming or outgoing mail in the last 30 days.

- 1Days remaining at this rate

- 2No email for 30 days

**Tip**Use the Mailboxes section to close unused mailboxes or add quota to a mailbox that is about to reach its quota.
