# "This month's AI allowance has been used up" warning

If "This month's AI allowance has been used up." appears at the top of the dashboard, your organization's or your allocated monthly AI allowance has been used. Receiving, sending and reading email are not affected; features such as summary, translation, chat and writing with AI wait until the allowance is renewed.

## "This month's AI allowance has been used up" warning: what should be done?

If "This month's AI allowance has been used up." appears at the top of the dashboard, your organization's or your allocated monthly AI allowance has been used. Who can do this: All users; Administrator. When the allowance is renewed or increased, AI features start working again automatically; pending background jobs also continue.

## What to do

Read the warning 1. The counter in the sidebar shows when your allowance renews.

If you are a user, inform your administrator; continue with tasks that do not require AI.

If you are an administrator, click the **Buy additional tokens** link at the end of the banner 2; a support ticket with the subject "additional tokens" opens in the DBLinx organization dashboard. Submit the ticket.

**Result**When the allowance is renewed or increased, AI features resume automatically; pending background jobs also continue.

**Tip**If the warning is visible only to you, your personal allowance is full; your administrator can increase your allowance.
