# Storage is full, no new email is arriving

If the red "Storage is full — no new email is being received." banner appears at the top of the dashboard, your organization's storage is full. Your emails are not lost: they wait on the mail server and all arrive in SmartMail when space is freed up.

## Storage is full, no new email is arriving: what should be done?

If the red "Storage is full — no new email is being received." banner appears at the top of the dashboard, your organization's storage is full. Who can do this: All users; Administrator. When space is freed up, sync restarts automatically and pending emails arrive in the inbox. Your emails are not lost: they wait on the mail server and all arrive in SmartMail when space is freed up.

## What to do

Read the banner 1. As storage approaches full, a yellow warning appears in the same place.

Delete unnecessary emails and ask your administrator to empty the mailboxes' trash; emails in the trash also take up space.

If you are an administrator, to get more space, buy an additional space pack from the Purchases screen in the DBLinx organization dashboard or contact support.
