You schedule the email to be sent not immediately, but on the day and at the time you select; you can cancel it until it is sent.

## How to send the email on a future date?

You schedule the email to be sent not immediately, but on the day and at the time you select; you can cancel it until it is sent. Who can do this: A user with write permission in the mailbox. Scheduling and sending for approval cannot be used together; when one is selected, the other is removed. Write the email and tap Preview and Send. Tap the Schedule button below the preview.

## Schedule

Write the email and tap **Preview and Send**.

Tap the **Schedule** button below the preview 1.

Select the day first, then the time. The selected time appears in the preview and the main button becomes **Schedule**.

Tap **Schedule**.

## Cancelling a scheduled email

On the **Settings** screen, tap **Scheduled**. Each email's send time and status are shown 2.

On the email you want to cancel, tap **Cancel sending** 3.

**Attention** Scheduling and sending for approval cannot be used together; when one is selected, the other is removed.
