## How to ask the AI questions about an email on mobile?

In the Chat tab, you ask questions about the email. Who can do this: A user with AI chat permission in the mailbox. The assistant responds by reading this correspondence, your history with the same organization and, if necessary, the attachments. The assistant only looks at emails in mailboxes you can access. To delete the chat, use Clear chat; you are asked to tap a second time to confirm.

## Steps

Open the email and tap the **Chat** tab at the bottom 1.

Type your question (for example, 'What are they requesting?') and tap **Ask** 2.

Below the reply, it shows which sources the assistant looked at 3.

**Caution** The assistant only looks at emails in mailboxes you can access. Answers may be incorrect; read the email itself before making important decisions.
