## How do you reply, reply all and forward?

You reply to the email you are reading or forward it to someone else. The quote and attachments are prepared automatically. Who can do this: A user with write permission in the mailbox. The quote and attachments are prepared automatically. The quote is not placed in the compose field; it is added when sending: The message being replied to will be added below the email as a quote. When forwarding, the original email's attachments are added automatically. Open the email and tap Reply, Reply all or Forward.

## Steps

Open the email and tap **Reply**, **Reply all** or **Forward**.

On the compose screen, the recipients and subject are pre-filled. Write your text.

Tap **Preview and Send**; in the preview, the quoted email appears below your reply 1.

**Caution** The quote is not placed in the compose field; it is added when you send: **The replied-to message will be added below the email as a quote.Note** If an email arrived in more than one of your mailboxes, the reply is sent from the mailbox that received it in To. Check the **From** line before sending.

**Tip** When forwarding, the original email's attachments are added automatically. If they cannot be carried over, the warning **The forwarded email's attachments could not be carried over. You need to add the attachments yourself before sending.** appears.
