# Holiday mode in the mobile app

An automatic reply is sent to emails received in your mailbox while you are away. You set the start and end times from your phone.

## What is holiday mode in the mobile app?

An automatic reply is sent to emails received in your mailbox while you are away. Who can do this: User with permission to write in the mailbox. A reply is sent to the same person at most once every four days; replies are not sent to newsletters, lists, and automated messages. You set the start and end times from your phone. When automatic reply is on, the subject and body cannot be empty.

## Open

Tap your initials in the top right and select **Vacation mode (auto-reply)**. The same screen is also available in **Settings**.

If you have multiple mailboxes, select the mailbox at the top 1.

Turn on the **Auto-reply on** switch 2.

If you want, select the start and end time 3; if you leave them blank, it starts immediately and lasts until you close it.

Enter the reply subject and text 4, then tap **Save** 5.

**Result** A reply is sent to the same person at most once every four days; newsletters, lists and automated messages are not replied to.

**Note** When automatic reply is on, the subject and text cannot be empty.

**Note** When **Reply to people inside the organization too** is off, no reply is sent to emails from inside the organization.
