# Setting a reminder if no reply arrives in the mobile app

If you do not receive a reply to the email you sent within a certain time, you receive a reminder. You can set the reminder when sending or later.

## How to set a reminder if no reply arrives in the mobile app?

If you do not receive a reply to the email you sent within a certain time, you receive a reminder. Who can do this: Any user signed in to the app. If a reply arrives within the time, the reminder closes automatically; if not, a No reply received notification appears and the email opens when you tap it. You can set the reminder when sending or later.

## Set up while sending

Write the email and tap **Preview and Send**.

From the **Remind me if there is no reply** row, select the period 1: after 1 day, 3 days or 1 week.

If you want the reminder time added to your calendar as well, turn on the **Add to calendar too** toggle that appears at the bottom.

Tap **Send**.

## Installing and removing later

Open the email from the outbox and tap the **Remind me if no reply** button with the clock icon. In the panel that opens from the bottom, select the duration, optionally turn on the **Add to calendar too** toggle, and tap **Save**.

To see configured reminders, go to **Settings** > **Follow-up reminders** 2.

To remove a reminder, tap the trash icon on the row and confirm 3.

**Result** If a reply arrives within the deadline, the reminder closes automatically; if not, a **No reply received** notification appears and tapping it opens the mail.

**Note** Reminders can only be set for sent emails; you can choose a time at least 1 hour and at most 60 days later.

**Note** The **Add to calendar too** switch is off by default each time. To always see follow-ups in the calendar, turn on **Always add reply follow-ups to the calendar** in the **Preferences** card on the calendar screen. When you remove the reminder, the calendar item is removed too.
