When you reply to an email and a teammate is also replying at that moment, you get an alert so the same response is not sent twice.

## What is 'someone else is replying to the same email'?

If you are writing a reply to an email and a teammate is currently replying to the same email, you will be warned; this prevents the same answer from being sent twice. Who can do this: Every user logged into the application. The warning does not prevent sending. Open an email and tap Reply. If someone else is currently replying to the same email, a yellow warning will appear below the recipient fields: name and Do not send the same answer twice.

## To see the warning

Open an email and tap **Reply**.
