# System emails

You see mail server messages such as undeliverable email notifications, tracking alerts, DMARC and TLS reports by type.

## What are system emails?

You see mail server messages such as undeliverable email notifications, tracking alerts, DMARC and TLS reports by type. Who can do this: An administrator with permission to manage accounts in their company. In the details of an undeliverable email, the recipient address, description and the server's diagnostic line are shown. Tap Settings > Administration > System emails.

## Opening the list

Tap **Settings** > **Administration** > **System emails**.

Select the type with the filters above; the number of emails in each type is shown next to it 1.

Each row shows the type, box, subject and status 2; those with issues have a red border 3.

Tap a row: the summary, attachments and the message text in the archive open. For older ones, tap **Older** at the end of the list.

**Result** The details of an undeliverable mail show the recipient address, the explanation and the server's diagnostic line.
