# Approve or reject pending approval email

You read, approve, or reject emails awaiting your approval.

## How to approve or reject an email pending approval?

You read, approve, or reject emails awaiting your approval. Who can do this: User selected as approver. The email you approve is sent immediately. In the left menu, click on Pending Approvals under ACTION REQUIRED. In the AWAIT MY APPROVAL tab, you will see the emails and their statuses that you need to approve. Read the email; if there is a previous version, you can switch between the Final version and the Previous version.

## Steps

Tap **Pending approvals** under **PENDING ACTIONS** in the left menu.

In the **Awaiting my approval** tab, you see the emails you need to approve and their statuses 1 2. Tap one.

Read the email; if it has an earlier version, you can switch between **Latest version** and **Previous version** 3.

Tap **Approve** 4 or **Reject** 5.

**Result** The mail you approve is sent immediately. If you reject it, the mail is not sent; the request appears as **Rejected**.
