# Tracking approval status

You can track the status of emails sent for approval and approved replies from list icons and the banners in the reading screen.

- Any user who has signed in to the app

## How to track approval status?

You can track the status of emails sent for approval and approved replies from list icons and the banners in the reading screen. Who can do this: any user signed in to the application.

## Where it appears

The approval icon below the avatar in the list 1: if yellow, the reply to this email is awaiting approval; if green, the email was approved and sent.

On the reading screen: the **Response to this email is awaiting approval** or **This email was sent with approval** banner.

On the **Pending approvals** screen, the status of each request: **Pending approval**, **Approved**, **Rejected**, **Revision requested** or **Could not be sent**.
