## How to read the email and understand the security result?

The reading screen shows the security result and the warnings you need to pay attention to next to the email. Who can do this: Any user signed in to the app. Loading remote images can tell the sender that the email has been opened. Tap the email in the list. Look at the security badge below the sender: Safe, Suspicious or Risky. Read the warning banners above the email.

## Steps

Tap the email in the list. The reading screen opens. The date in the header is when the email reached you; if the sender's time is different from Turkey time or the email arrived late, the sender's own time also appears below the date.

Look at the security badge below the sender 1: **Safe**, **Suspicious** or **Risky**. When you tap the badge, **AI analysis** opens and shows the risk score, findings and sender verification (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) 4.

Read the warning banners at the top of the email 2. For example, this is where it says if your reply to this email is awaiting approval or if a link's display text does not match its actual address.

The sender, follow-up, attachments and summary are all together in the **Summary & Details** tab at the bottom (see AI summary and details).

Scroll down to see the email content and attachments. If remote images are blocked and you recognize the sender, tap **Show images**.

To return to the list, tap **Back to list** 3.

## Creating a reply draft from a calendar invitation

If the email contains a calendar invitation (.ics attachment), a banner appears above the email showing the invitation's title, date and location.

Tap the **Create reply draft** button on the right of the bar.

A draft opens addressed to the invitation organizer (or the sender if none), with the subject and a short body text pre-filled — you can edit and send it.

**Note** Loading remote images may notify the sender that the email was opened. Do not enable images from senders you do not know.

**Note** The draft body does not include the quoted email; you are replying to the invitation, not the email text.

**Note** If the invitation is a cancellation notice, the banner also states "...contains a CANCELLED calendar invitation".
